History and Legend behind Khole Ke Hanuman Temple
Pandit Radhe Lal Choubey, a Jamwa Ramgarh inhabitant, commissioned the temple, which is located on a hilltop and encircled by hills on three sides, after discovering a rock with a carving of Lord Kale Hanuman Ji Temple. Taking it as a clue, he decided to construct a temple on the site in 1961.
Pandit Choubey had begun giving prayers even before the temple was built. It is claimed that Baba Nirmal Das worshiped Lord Hanuman at the same location a few centuries ago, which was previously known as Narwar Dar Ki Khol. Pandit Radhe Lal Choubey was also key in forming the Narwar Ashram Seva Samiti, a community that labored tirelessly to create the temple.
